Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.90

Please note that orders containing items from our Equipment category may have different shipping rates due to package size and weight. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Express shipping options may also be available at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We make every effort to verify shipping addresses provided at checkout. If an address cannot be verified, we may contact you to request an updated address.

If we are unable to obtain a corrected address, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Almond Nails Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Almond Nails Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

If your shipment is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and damaged items. We will review the situation individually and do our best to assist you.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim.

Forwarding Services

We are not responsible for packages shipped to freight forwarders, package forwarding companies, or third-party delivery services.

If you use a forwarding service, you assume full responsibility for the shipment once it reaches the forwarding address.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

  • Check around your property and mailbox

  • Ask neighbors or building management

  • File a report with your local carrier or local authorities if necessary
