DARK PRO BASE CLEAR is a transparent, low-acid base (pH 6.5) of medium consistency, designed for easy leveling of the nail plate. Does not cause severe burning sensations in the lamp.
Description:
- Low-acid transparent base (pH 6.5);
- Safe for leveling;
- Does not delaminate over time;

- Has a consistency closer to liquid, allowing thin and quick leveling;
- Not suitable for nail strengthening;
- Flexible, not rigid.
Application method:
- Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond.
- Before applying PRO BASE CLEAR, apply a thin layer of a transparent base SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as a substrate for better adhesion, cure in a lamp for 60 seconds, and remove the sticky layer.
Important: Medium-acid bases should only be applied in a thin layer, not for leveling. - Apply a leveling coat of DARK PRO BASE CLEAR. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm.
Polymerization time: 60-90 seconds in an original lamp.
Recommendation: use original lamps with all DARK materials.
Usage nuances:
- We do not recommend using bases for covering long, very thin nails, or for a precise square shape with sharp corners. For such nails, we recommend using hard materials.
- If the client arrives with nail length that needs to be shortened, we recommend doing this after the top coat (by 1 mm), as this will make the free edge slightly thicker and improve material wear.
