Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved by us before shipment. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us review the issue, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will evaluate each case individually and do our best to provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
